Mrs. Renick relocated to Waimea with her husband in 2006 after many years in Honolulu. In addition to her primary responsibilities as Admissions Director, she provides support for Parker’s acclaimed debate team as judges’ coordinator and off-island assistant. She introduced both the Poetry Out Loud and Shakespeare recitation contests to the Parker student body, and accompanies the competitors to the state finals in Honolulu. She also serves as the advisor to the National Honor Society, and coordinates foreign student placement with host families. She was an educator for the Pacific School of Performing Arts, Diamond Head Theatre, and the Alliance for Drama Education, and served as a board member for the Hawaii State Theatre Council. Mrs. Renick earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with minors in music and theatre from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
